District Contest

First of all, good job to all bands who participated in Artesia, it was a wonderful afternoon. Our band is actually on an upswing from where we were last week. We performed our first two songs at the best they've been all season, even though that's not saying much its still amazing, but when the third part came around we fell apart. This was the first time actually performing parts II or III in public and the first time for III to be played all the way through period... and for that I must commend them all. We've still got aways to go before Saturday and I'm really hoping we can make it there. As long as we have people practicing music and marching I hope that we could at least have a good show.
